This was a new extension to the existing house. The roof structure is made of Green Oak and is a key feature in the room. The brief was to create a complete family living space in the style of West Coast America. The Ice box handles and hinges add that little something extra. The huge island worktop is one piece Carara marble, with a prep sink and a Triflow Concepts Quadro boiling tap.

Either side of the AGA we fitted stainless steel worktops and upstands. Paintings are so much nicer than wall cabinets, so with clever thought-out storage, we didn’t need them. Either side of the fridge/freezer is great storage, with a combination of drawers and shelves inside.

We also designed and made the TV media cabinet, disguised as a dresser; the centre doors slide to conceal the TV within.
